In a previous post, I mentioned Dan Savage’s attack on Rick Santorum. To clarify, there was no activity attacking Santorum in May, when I was actively supporting him on Twitter, but when he announced his candidacy in June, there was an onslaught from atheists and “gay rights” activists promoting the unholy name redefinition.

A commenter responded, in part, to that post:

Santorum was actually given the opportunity to remove the site in 2010, but refused, as conditional to that he would have to donate to a charity that seeks to legalize same-sex marriage(but not incest, statutory rape, or bestiality).

In Islam, this practice is referred to as t he paying of the “jizya”.

Jizya, head or poll tax that early Islamic rulers demanded from their non-Muslim subjects.[...]

A convert to Islam was, in theory, no longer required to pay the jizya.

Yes, indeed. Dan Savage asked Rick Santorum to pay the jizya.

Rick Santorum is an expert on the Middle East. He knows exactly what the “jizya” is. I’m sure he can see behaviors in these extremists activities that are reminiscent of Islam. They complained when he said they have waged a “jihad” against him. Why should they be surprised?

You are what you are. Intolerant oppressors of Christians….like your compatriots in Iran who would, truth be told, hang you in the streets if they found you there.

If you want freedom, vote Rick Santorum. If you want hatred and oppression of Christians, vote Barack Obama.
