Tune in tonight on Fidelis Radio, Blog Talk Radio, at 9pm Eastern for The Lisa Graas Show.
My post about Ron Paul’s vote against the ban on sex-selection abortion went viral, in comparison to normal traffic on my blog. Lots of people have asked me to talk about Ron Paul and why his “states rights” position on abortion is wrong, so I will do just that.
Ed Morrissey at Hot Air Blog linked my post about Catholics and the two main political parties. Important topic! We’ll discuss the role of Catholics in politics, the importance of the Catholic vote, and how both parties have abandoned Catholics, and most people of faith, on core values.
Please note, the problem re: Catholics and political parties is international, not just American.
On Saturday, I attended the ordination of Deacon Jeff Read and Deacon Brian Emmick at St. Benedict Cathedral in Evansville. Father Read is the brother of Passionist nun Sister John Mary. I will talk a little about the ordination, about vocations (duties of parents) and mention a little about the Passionist nuns, their blog and website. Picture of Father Jeff at this link.
You can also expect, at the end of the show, a round-up on some of the latest news with some brief commentary and some time set aside for listeners to call in. The wonderful Rebecca Diserio will be joining me as co-host.
