It helps me to know that there are people like Rick and Karen Santorum in the world because I have both Asperger Syndrome and Bipolar Disorder. I cannot see the emotions of others, but I am consumed inside with my own. I have to hang onto truth in order to survive, and they live the truth. It is because they actually live the truth that they give me hope to carry on when my mind is lying to me.
