Another Petition to Sign!

Well, how ’bout that? He’s back, with more trouble!

First, our good friend and fellow blogger Frank Weathers at Why I Am Catholic put a petition on the White House website on January 28.   As of 1:16 am CST today, it had 23,166 signatures, with a mere 1,834 to go to reach the goal of 25,000 by February 27!   If you haven’t signed it already, do so right away, even if you’re not Catholic.  In fact, especially if you’re not Catholic … because today it’s us, tomorrow it’s you.

Why should you sign it?  Well, if you step over to my blog, The Impractical Catholic, I can give you several reasons why the conscience exemption rules are so strict as to be ridiculous.

But besides Frank’s WH petition, the St. Gianna’s Physicians Guild has a petition going as well on its own site … endorsed by none other than His Eminence, Raymond Cdl. Burke of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura.  Sign either one — heck, sign both!  And keep in mind that, the longer the Obamination stands by this ruling, the more opposition this ruling gets, and the more likely he loses come November!
